Holli is the founder and driving force behind ZV Fitness, with over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry. She holds a Diploma of Nutrition,

Holli is the founder and driving force behind ZV Fitness, with over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry. She holds a Diploma of Nutrition, Certificate IV in Fitness, and a specialist certification in Neurological Rehabilitation, along with certifications in Mat and Reformer Pilates. She is also currently completing a Bachelor of Health Science, further expanding her clinical knowledge.

Holli takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to training and wellness, specialising in:

  • Women’s Health – including hormonal imbalances such as PCOS and endometriosis
     
  • Pregnancy & Postpartum – safe, functional movement during and after pregnancy
     
  • Injury Rehabilitation – supporting recovery with targeted training and mobility work
